How do I know my artwork is authentic?

All our artworks (both prints and original works) are numbered and signed by the artist. Originals include a Signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Merc’Art knows no borders. We ship worldwide.

How can I get in touch with Merc’art?

If you have questions about the concept or the way we operate, contact us via info@mercart.pt.
Incase you’re an artist and would like to share your work with us, get in touch through our “I’m an artist” page or send an email to artist@mercart.pt.
For companies, we created a dedicated email through which you can get in touch with us: brands@mercart.pt.

When will my order arrive?

With the help of our partners, we assure that your order will arrive within 3 weeks.
If for any reason this doesn’t happen, please contact us through info@mercart.pt.

What if my order is damaged?

If you detect any anomaly in your order, please send an email to info@mercart.pt.
Attach any pictures that you find useful.

Can I return my art print or ask for a refund?

If there is an issue with your artwork or you’re not satisfied with it, please send us an e-mail to info@mercart.pt and we’ll help you out!
